| PNet was established in March of 1997 as a Recruitment Service Provider to the recruitment community. Following exceptional market acceptance, we regard ourselves today as the primary provider of web-based recruitment facilities in South Africa. All PNet's business is generated through its Internet infrastructure. It hosts a large number of vacancy specifications every day which are obtained from approximately 1050 recruitment agencies and over 190 Corporate advertisers. The PNet website, www.pnet.co.za, is extensively marketed and attracts approximately 600 000 visitors per month. Of these, about 385 000 are registered users, who leave their resumes in their pursuit of employment. The website generates approximately 11,2 million page impressions during peak periods and 5,5 million e-mail messages per month to keep its applicant user audience informed of suitable vacancies.
By virtue of its business, PNet operations are centralised and it operates from a hosted environment at Internet Solutions (IS) in Bryanston Johannesburg. PNet has offices in Bedfordview, Johannesburg , Durban and in Cape Town.
